This is an exciting time on the internet and you can be part of it by keeping abreast to the latest developments on the internet. This site is for the novice as well as those who surf the web voraciously. It is a general purpose site. It's not meant for the serious geek looking for the sophisticated offerings of the web.
This site works mainly with links, which is text that you click on to get to the desired website. There will be a page of the links of the day and another page with all the links and yet other pages with links subdivided into sections
This wiki is about something that never has been done! Why don't people get together and discuss and share their internet experiences? The internet seems to be a private affair. Of course people do all sorts of chatting and some datingbut as a rule, I've never heard of people getting together just to share internet stories.
I've heard of computer clubs and that is a great idea but you don;t even need a computer these days with all the tools available online. Libraries provide free internet service or many internet cafes supply long term cheap tickets.
Speaking of libraries, this is where we'll meet the first few times.
There are so many things to share that the list is actually endless. This is what is so exciting about this club, organization, network, group or whatever you want to call it
I eventually want to move into internet classes and consulting but this will come later as I want to create an actual live human community around the internet
